“Together we sit as the last light fades, tired and clumsy. Will we share a tender moment? Maybe for that one little moment in time we can be, and forget the lurking storm clouds that remind of the danger awaiting us.”
OMG this took so long! I really wanted to do something with my characters Shadow and Miko. I wanted to show them when they first had some intimate time alone in the story. Everyone always draw two character kissing, or the second before there lips meet. So I wanted to draw that little awkward, dreamy moment when to people want to kiss, know they are going to, and are just wondering who will make this first move, each inching a little closer. Well I don’t think I’ve been this happy with a picture since Nightmare Device, I think I achieved a new best ^_~
Now I know there are problems I had to draw things a few times, and still aren’t to my likening, as well my monitors lighting was getting strange so I think I fixed the too light, too dark problem. But hell I am danm happy with this pic, and I am not perfect but still ^__^
Comments and cc are always helpful also I am giving you guys something back
Wow. I can tell it took a long time. o__o You did a great job with the lights and darks, so I guess your monitor isn't as messed up as you thought! X3 Me like

You are so lucky to be able to bring one of your scenes to life like in this picture. The picture is very nice it came out very good. I love the colors and it is very dreamy It makes me want to do my characters in their love modes. Maybe I will.
Love her big wide innocent eyes and slightly worried and embarressed facial expression. I kind of 'I want to do this first kiss, but don't know where it might lead...'
Contrasts beautifully with the worldly knowingness of the male character, who looks both elven and vampiric at the same time...
...and that floating castle in the sky in the background with all the lightning around it, very ominous! What is the poor little cat girl getting herself into? Reminds me Katie in Unico when she runs of with the Baron de Ghost. Well at least I've worked out now why she looks so worried! Its more than just worldly innocence...
OMG!! This is one of the loveliest pieces I have seen in a while, two characters between levels of love - and in a setting that is between levels of fantasy. It is awesome! The sunset, the sea, the leaves, the skin tone, the branch tone... everything is just so beautiful. Well done!
OMG! That's just Breathtaking.. it really is.. I love it.. completely.. wow... I think I've found my new favorite deviant.. You've got three consecutive pictures in my fave section as of this one.
