Ok this was my log design for this years anime north thing, orginaly I was just going to submit the fashtion desing but what the heck I want cc on the whole thing. The goal was to use there character, and great a piece that they can use in the marketing/site and produces extra. She was to be both Canadian and japaness themembed so I tyred to take a moden look on the comono (sp) I worked with more canadian colors lots of red and orange with are colors I rarly use lots of so this was hard for me to plan I did alot of color changeing in the begining. Now AN doesn't have an offical log that I know of, and the ref there was pretty small so I tryed to creat something as close on as I could that would fit my image. I chose like a platfourm.
Now the character I thought would be awasome if she looked like she was danceing, thus the waving of the arms, and pose in the middle of a floaty dance move. I added the maple leafs in photoshop "ya I know I could have done them myself but couldn't get anything I liked as much as the photoshop bush."
I designed a cherry blossum pink comono for undernether the red to tone things down slightly, and to also have a jap cultural type tree that most would hopefully reconize in the fabric as well.

I am kindof heart borken at the moment because the deadline for this was last night at 12 I had my email with image and a link to a larger 300dpi image sent out by 10 there time, and checked me email a few times then, and this morrning, and now at lunch time 12pm I get a post master delay..DANM all this work and they may not assept it this is also my last chance at getting a talbe if I win, I worte a message on there bored but who knows...maybe you guys will like it at lest even if they don't get it/take it now or just don't... -_-;; *goes off to corner to be sad*
